What AgeGene Does
AgeGene is an independent product research site focused on anti-aging skincare: serums, night creams, facial peels, wrinkle patches and at-home devices. We build our rankings from active-ingredient labels, formulation data, price, verified buyer ratings and real purchase demand. We do not sell products directly and we do not accept payment to place a product in our rankings.
Our Editorial Team
Dr. Nadia Brenner leads our anti-aging reviews, concentrating on which actives and formulations hold up against their price. Priya Anand covers wrinkle patches and at-home devices, turning specs and owner feedback into plain buying advice. Both work alongside the AgeGene Research Team, which compiles ranking data from ingredient labels, formulation and skin-type records, price history and verified owner demand across every product we track.
How We Pick Products
Every product on AgeGene must clear four gates before it appears in a ranking: it must be a real, purchasable product from a verifiable brand, show confirmed consumer demand through reviews or monthly purchases, carry a rating of 3.8 stars or higher from a meaningful review base, and come from a brand with a traceable market presence. Products that fail any gate are excluded regardless of price or popularity.
Independence and Transparency
AgeGene earns revenue through affiliate links to Amazon. When you click a link and buy something, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. That income does not influence which products appear in our rankings or where they rank. Our full disclosure is on the Affiliate Disclosure page. This site does not provide medical advice. Skincare content on AgeGene describes the appearance-related benefits reported by buyers and stated by manufacturers, not medical outcomes.
